Finally got to raid again and the result was...

Been a while since last update but we're still both raiding and recruiting.

Recruitement is currently open for all classes but warriors.

When:
* We raid 5 nights a week with Fridays and Saturdays as off nights with occasional 10 man/alt runs. Raid invites are at 19.15 , raids begin at 19.30 and raids end at 23.30

What do we want:
* We are looking for progression oriented raiders, raiders who can make 80%+ of our raids each week, preferably 100%. 
* We want people who knows their class and played/raided with it for more than just Wrath of the Lich King
* We want people who can think for themselves when raiding. People who are fast at picking up events in the game world.
* We want people who can talk on Ventrillo - People who actually respond when spoke to
* We want people who can move while healing/dps'ing
* We want people to be ATLEAST 18 old and be able to plan their game time.
* We want people to have atleast a basic knowledge of addons and how to install/configure them.
* We want people who know how to enchant and gem their gear properly.

We do NOT want:
* Keyboard turners.
* Clickers.
* Drama queens (we got enough of those allready).
* Lootwhores.
* People who can't plan their game time.

If you have been in a high ranked raiding guild/pvp team it's a huge plus. These 2 spots are fulltime raid spots. We don't recruit for the bench. So you have to be ready to prove that your worth that.

What do you get:
* Access to content.
* Access to the best items ingame.
* A fun raiding enviroment with likeminded people. We DO play this game to have fun and intend to keep it that way.

Last but not least: You must be an intelligent human being, and you must be able to express yourself both verbally and physically in a way that shows that intelligence. Nothing correlates to an idiot faster than terrible grammar, so you could be god's gift to raiding, but if your normal vocabulary consists of; "u" "r" "b4" "2" "sum1," or far too many question marks at the end of a sentence(hello????????), stay the fuck away.

After Sunday's 10 man kill we went in on 25 man and repeated it there.

Loot: [Blood of the Old God] [Soulscribe] [Conqueror's Siegebreaker Pauldrons] [Conqueror's Darkruned Pauldrons] and [Fragment of Val'anyr] (that's our 6th so far)

Good work everyone! And good job Blizzard for creating Ulduar! Brilliant instance.

Yesterday we managed to kill Yogg-Saron with our 10 man raid. Hopefully we'll manage the 25 man version soon.

So far I'm very impressed with what Blizzard have given us with Ulduar. The instance looks great, the bosses are fun, the trash is decent and the overall difficulity (including hardmodes) seem very well balanced. Looking forward to getting some shots at hardmodes and eventually a shot at Algalon.

Finally, after several weeks of woops and doh's we managed to complete the Immortal and get a Black Proto Drake for quite a few of us.

Finally done with all current content - and just in time for 3.1 :)

Seems we're on a roll these days. Tonight we managed to prove to Malygos that we didn't need an eternity to take him out of action.

So we finally got around to getting the right people online at the right time for more than a few hours and took down Sartharion with his friends still alive at pull. Nice to see how Blizzard managed to make an encounter than everyone can kill and yet make it extremely challenging if you want to do it like this.

So the end of the year is comming up, and with that it's time to review the year that's passed. We came to the conclusion that we somehow, however unintended, happend to take steps away from what we started out as. A guild where we actually enjoyed playing. We started moving more towards progression mattered more than friendship and we didn't really enjoy what we were doing. That's the primary reason for the change of focus you'll see from Lotto for now. We'll STILL focus 25 man raiding. We'll still aim to be top 5 on the server. We'll still raid 4-5 days a week during progression times. BUT we'll also be a guild that got room for people who can't raid 4-5 days a week, people who will rather PVP than PVE, people who are just old friends who logs in once a month. Those people that makes the game fun.

Yes we do actually still exist but to be perfectly honest - there's not been much to report so far from Wrath of the Lich King. Yea we killed KT.... again. And we killed Sartharion and Malygos. But neither makes news material. Currently working on Sartharion +3 and hope to get that done shortly.

Some people claim the entry raids at WotlK were too easy and lacked challenge. But guess what. It's ENTRY raids. I still have a ton of faith in Blizzard and the guys who provided us with so much content over the last 3 years and I honestly thing we atleast should give them the benefit of a doubt before we start yelling they sold out. You gotta remember that if the version of most T5 dungeons that people experienced would have been the version that was there on release, it would have be steamrolled just as fast. The real current endgame is archivements. The Undying, The Immortal, 5 Min Malygos and of the Nightfall/the Twilight Vanquiser. Even though Sarth +3 aint prenerf Muru it sure as hell is a challenge for were it's placed in the line of progression.

So, so far so good Blizzard. Keep it up!

All it took was some new talents, a 30% HP nerf and we could kill Kil'Jaeden. Even with Sunwell and Kil'Jaeden as a shadow of itself it still feels allright to get this done pre Wrath of the Lich King. Yes we killed a nerfed version and yes we had the new talents. Still you have to execute the fight right.
